This policy explains how AL2 Investments & Guarantees handles your personal data and which cookies this site uses. By using the site and our forms, you accept what is described here.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is AL2 Investments & Guarantees. For any matter regarding your personal data, you can write to us at gestion@al2.info.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you enter in our forms: name, ID type and number, email, phone, address, property and lease information, and the documents you choose to attach (ID, payment receipts, etc.). We do not collect information secretly or without your knowledge.
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to assess your rental application, issue and manage the guarantee, process payments, communicate with you about your request, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
4. Cookies
This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a technical session cookie created only when an authorized user logs in to the admin panel; it is required to keep that session and does not identify site visitors. That is why we do not show a cookie banner: there are no optional cookies to accept or reject.
5. Who we share your data with
We may share your data with our operating partners (for example, Confort Broker) and with providers who deliver services to us, such as the payment processor (Stripe) and secure file storage, exclusively for the purposes described here. These providers handle the data under their own security measures.
6. Your rights
As the data owner, you have the right to access, update, rectify, and delete your information, and to revoke the authorization you granted, in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data). To exercise these rights, write to us at gestion@al2.info.
7. Security
We protect your data with technical and organizational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted panel access with authentication, and secure document storage. No system is completely infallible, but we work to keep your information protected.
